Mobile sports massage in London
Targeted work, stretching and trigger points for hard training, or for a race next week.
What to expect
Your therapist asks what you have been doing and where you feel it, then concentrates on those muscles with deep pressure, stretching and trigger point work. Legs, calves and lower back are the usual requests from runners and cyclists.
When to book
Having it at home means you can book straight after a long run or a late session, with no travel on tired legs. For a new or serious injury, please see your GP or a physiotherapist first.
How booking works
Call or WhatsApp us, or use the booking form, and tell us where you are and what you need. Your therapist is usually with you 30 to 60 minutes later, with the table, linen, towels, candles and oil. We cover all of London, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You can ask for a female or male therapist.
Questions
Should I book before or after a race?
Leave a few days between a deep sports massage and a race, as you may feel sore the next day. Lighter work is fine closer to the event.
How long should I book?
60 minutes is usually enough for the legs and lower back. Book 90 minutes if you would like the upper body as well.
